Settled under the ceiling you saw first.
Every call to the metered route (POST /v1/metered/chat/completions) is quoted from its own body before payment. A buyer whose client speaks the upto scheme, or who pays by card or credits, settles what the call actually used, never more than the quote. The ledger records both numbers per settlement. Our own canary row links its settle transaction on-chain; an outside buyer's transaction is not listed, because a hash names its payer. Machine-readable: /api/proof.
WHAT THIS PAGE IS MEASURING 4,687 seller origins indexed · 150,575 tool listings · 13 payment rails. We index this market, we are not trying to be it. The leaderboard on this site ranks other sellers above this one and excludes the host from every count, because an index that ranks itself first proves nothing.

Internal by construction: the CI canary buys this route every day from our burner wallet to prove the settle-actual path, and the ledger files it as ours, never as revenue.
Aggregate on this side of the ledger: 171 settlements, $0.185 settled against $0.1882 quoted (162 rows carry a quote).
Nothing here identifies a buyer. The rest of the proof lives on /status (uptime observed from outside production), /revenue (transactions by rail and wire) and the source.
